β° Yerba Mate is a traditional energizing herb from South America ~ containing stimulating caffeine & theobromine for a balanced energy boost, plus anti-oxidizing polyphenols and anti-inflammatory compounds, for full body clarity.
β° Eleuthero root (also known as Siberian Ginseng) is an invigorating adaptogen~ helping the body to combat fatigue from past stress and boost vital energy.
β° Cinnamon is stimulating and warming to the body ~ helping to circulate heat through the body and help stimulate digestion.
β° Marshmallow root is moistening and demulcent ~ with ooey gooey mucilage balancing out the bitter astringent notes and creating a silky smooth mouth feel.
β° Oatstraw is nourishing and nutritive ~ rich in vitamins and minerals.
β° Stevia leaf is a traditional sweetener paired with Yerba Mate~ helping to balance the bitterness and support a healthy metabolism.

PREPARATION
PREPARATION
Use 1 tsp of BREAKWATER blend per 8 oz of boiling water.
Add herbs to a fine mesh tea strainer, your favorite infuser, or a teapot. Slowly pour boiling water over the herbs, making sure the blend is thoroughly saturated. Cover and let steep for 10β15 minutes.
Strain & enjoy your cup of golden earthshine.
Suggested servings:

β° Teapot (40 oz) ~ 3 rounded teaspoons
Return the spent botanicals to the earth by adding them to your compost or green waste bin.

When will I get my order?
Every order is carefully packed by hand in our small workshop in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
Orders are typically processed within 2β5 business days before shipping. Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Because our teas are crafted in small seasonal batches, some blends may sell out between harvests. If an item in your order is unavailable or delayed, we'll reach out as soon as possible with an update.
