When will I get my order?
Every order is carefully packed by hand in our small workshop in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Because our teas are crafted in small seasonal batches, some blends may sell out between harvests. If an item in your order is unavailable or delayed, we'll reach out as soon as possible with an update.
